I thought it would be fun to post the original concept art for the Mego Battlestar Galactica Starbuck and Adama retro action figures that was posted earlier this year.

The Return of Starbuck

As we await the arrival of the Mego Starbuck and Adama retro 8" cloth action figures from Entertainment Earth, here are the first 15 minutes of the final (and best) episode of GALACTICA 1980 - "The Return of Starbuck."  You can find the rest of the episode on YouTube if you've never seen it.

Less than a week after the conclusion of San Diego Comic Con, Entertainment Earth finally has the Mego Starbuck and Mego Adama 8" retro cloth figures available and ready to ship!  These are the figures we wanted in the Seventies and now they are finally here thanks to Bif Bang Pow!

Hopefully the Mego Cylon and Mego Apollo figures aren't too far behind....

Order Retro Battlestar Galactica Starbuck and Adama Mego Action Figures Now!

Finally, after waiting more than thirty years, we are finally going to get the Battlestar Galactica figures we wanted Mego to make back in the Seventies.  Bif Bang Pow! is making our dreams come true with 8" Battlestar Galactica action figures that are a perfect match for the Mego superheroes and TV characters we had when we were kids.


Lieutenant Starbuck will most likely be my favorite.  Great likeness of actor Dirk Benedict and the hair sculpt is even better.  Accessories include a pistol and helmet.


Commander Adama (as portrayed by actor Lorne Greene) looks fantastic as well.  His uniform and cape are so highly-detailed that I don't mind that his only accessory is a microphone.


Other Battlestar Galactica figures coming out this month include Cylon Centurion and Captain Apollo as well as The SDCC Exclusive Cylon set with Cylon Commander and Battle-Damaged Cylon.
